The LUBRIPLATE SFL-0 was developed to meet the ever-increasing demands placed on food-processing equipment today. The synthetic base fluid and the aluminum complex soap thickener allows for a wide operating temperature range for all four NLGI consistencies.

The LUBRIPLATE SFL-0 greases are variations of the SFL Series, each tailored to specific food-processing applications that benefit from softer consistencies. These greases, with NLGI grades of 00, provide excellent lubrication for food-processing equipment requiring more fluid, pumpable grease. Like SFL-1, they offer an operating range from -60°F to 300°F, making them suitable for both extremely cold environments and standard food-processing temperatures.

These three softer grades are particularly effective in low-temperature applications where ease of pumpability is essential. Their synthetic formula ensures smooth application and consistent performance in challenging conditions, even when conventional food-grade greases would fail. LUBRIPLATE SFL-0 also exhibit high water resistance, allowing them to maintain performance in environments where moisture is a constant factor, such as high-humidity food-processing plants.

Featuring LUBRI-ARMOUR, an antimicrobial additive, these greases offer additional defense against microbial contamination, which is critical in food processing.
