LUBRIPLATE SFGO Ultra 100 a synthetic hydrocarbon food grade fluids have been formulated with 100% pure PAO synthetic base oils. These Polyalphaolefin(PAO) based synthetic fluids are outstanding lubricants for use under severe conditions subject to extreme high and low temperatures. They exhibit outstanding oxidation resistance, thermal stability, anti-wear protection, and have the extreme pressure capabilities required for industrial gearboxes. These fluids are all zinc-free. LUBRIPLATE strongly recommends the use of the LUBRIPLATE Oil Analysis Program to monitor performance, improve predictive maintenance and achieve the longest potential oil drain interval. SFGO Ultra Series has the potential to achieve 3 times or more the typical oil drain interval of mineral based oils. The LUBRIPLATE SFGO Ultra 100 synthetic food-grade lubricant, formulated with pure PAO base oils, is ideal for applications under extreme temperature fluctuations. Designed to provide excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability, it also offers outstanding anti-wear protection and extreme pressure capabilities suited for industrial gearboxes. With zinc-free formulation, it ensures high performance in various settings while protecting equipment. SFGO Ultra 100 is recommended for gearboxes, bearings, and compressors, promising up to three times the oil drain interval of mineral-based oils.

APPLICATIONS

LUBRIPLATE SFGO Ultra 100 is recommended for gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors, blowers, and chains requiring ISO Viscosity Grades 100.

LUBRIPLATE SFGO Ultra 100 are compatible with most mineral base oils including LUBRIPLATE products such as LUBRIPLATE FMOAW Series and LUBRIPLATE SPO Series. Always consult LUBRIPLATE before changing to an SFGO Ultra fluid from an existing lubricant that may not be compatible with Polyalphaolefin based fluids.
