Gulfcut Soluble Oil B 55 GALLON DRUM

Gulfcut® Soluble Oil B is an all-purpose emulsifiable oil concentrate. This premium quality soluble oil is recommended for a wide range of metalworking applications including stamping, turning, cutting and grinding steels, drilling, boring and milling. It can also be used to machine aluminum and copper alloys.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

Gulfcut® Soluble Oil B protects machine tools and parts from rust by means of an effective corrosion inhibitor system that leaves a clean, light, lubricating residue on parts. This emulsion concentrate forms stable, white, non-foaming emulsions in both soft and hard water and is formulated to provide long sump life in centralized systems.
Gulfcut® Soluble Oil B contains a biocide to control anaerobic bacteria keeping systems free of objectionable odor.

 Grinding 2-3% emulsion
 Short term rust protection 2-4% emulsion
 Milling 5-10% emulsion
 Drilling and boring 5-10% emulsion
 Turning 5-10% emulsion
 Temporary rust protection on steel plate 15-20% emulsion
