MOBIL FLEET 15W-40 is designed for high-speed, four-stroke engines and is also designed to meet 2007 model year on-highway exhaust emission standards. This oil is effective at sustaining emission control system durability where particulate filters and other advanced after-treatment systems are used. Optimum protection is provided for control of catalyst poisoning, particulate filter blocking, foaming, oxidative thickening and viscosity loss due to shear. When using CJ-4 oil with higher than 15 ppm sulfur fuel, consult the engine manufacturer for service interval.Mobil Fleet 15W-40 meets or exceeds the demands of API service classification CJ-4/CI-4 Plus/CI-4/CH-4/SM. It meets the requirements of Mack EO-O Premium Plus, VOLVO VDS-4, CAT ECF-3, Detroit 93K218, MTU Oil Category 2.1, Cummins CES 20081, ZF TE-ML 04C, and MB 228.31.
