Product Overview

The LUBRIPLATE PGO FGL-680 is a high-viscosity synthetic lubricant designed for extreme conditions in food-grade industrial gear applications. With an ISO VG 680 rating, it is perfect for heavily loaded gear systems requiring exceptional durability, such as helical, bevel helical, planetary, and worm gears. Formulated with polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base stocks, it provides outstanding micropitting resistance, superior load-bearing capabilities, and excellent thermal stability, making it ideal for intense, high-temperature environments.

LUBRIPLATE PGO FGL-680 meets stringent food industry standards, including TSE/BSE compliance, with a food-safe additive package. Its specific flush procedure ensures a smooth transition from mineral or PAO-based lubricants, eliminating residues for optimal performance. This lubricant is compatible with Nitrile Rubber and FluoroSilicone, crucial for maintaining seal integrity under high temperatures, contributing to the longevity of industrial gear systems.

Designed to withstand the harshest conditions, LUBRIPLATE PGO FGL-680 protects against corrosion, sludging, and wear. It is safe for use in unpainted or epoxy-coated gearbox interiors, preventing any softening of standard industrial paints. Avoiding incompatible materials like polyurethane elastomers, it ensures safe and effective application in food processing.

With its efficient packaging, LUBRIPLATE PGO FGL-680 is well-suited for food industry operations requiring dependable lubrication solutions that maximize performance and equipment life, reducing maintenance needs and improving operational safety.
